However, in cases such as duplicate charges caused by our system failure or other reasons attributable to the Company, we may provide a refund or reissue the ticket after confirming the situation. | Handling of Defects / Service Issues | If an electronic ticket is not issued, or if an incorrect duplicate charge occurs due to a system error, please contact us by email. After confirming that the issue is attributable to the Company, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as refund or reissuance. |
| Limitations on Quantity | The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per order may be limited (e.g., up to 5 tickets). Details are shown on each ticket sales page within the Service. |
| Required System Environment | The Service requires an internet-enabled smartphone and a compatible OS / application version. Recommended environments will be announced separately within the Service or on the official website. |
| Special Conditions | - Tickets may only be used by the purchaser and registered companions. - Opening hours, admission conditions, and rules of each tourist facility are subject to the facility's own policies. - Minors must use the Service under the consent and supervision of a legal guardian. |
